Scientific Seminar on Diabetes and Hypertension

The Scandinavian Institute for Studies and Research, in cooperation with Elya International University and the Educational Competencies Team for Development and Development, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Diabetes and Hypertension: Causes, Effects, and Prevention.” The event was part of a joint awareness initiative aimed at promoting community health and strengthening medical knowledge.

The seminar featured presentations by Dr. Ali Tahseen Al-Saad Radi, a specialist in Internal Medicine, who discussed the main causes and health impacts of diabetes and hypertension, as well as modern approaches to diagnosis and medical follow-up. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Miyali, a specialist in Ophthalmology, highlighted the eye complications associated with these conditions and emphasized the importance of early prevention and treatment.

The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion that enhanced public awareness of preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices
