Leadership Preparation Course in Cooperation with Stockholm County and the Swedish Parliament

The Scandinavian Institute for Studies and Research organized a training course titled “Leadership Preparation,” in cooperation with Stockholm County and the Swedish Parliament, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and individuals interested in developing leadership and administrative skills.

The course aims to develop participants’ leadership capacities and prepare a generation equipped with strategic thinking and effective management skills, in addition to promoting the concepts of community leadership and sustainable development.

The program organizers emphasized that this course is part of a series of scientific and training activities carried out by the institute to strengthen academic and institutional cooperation between the institute and Swedish institutions, contributing to building qualified cadres capable of contributing to the development of their communities.
