Panel Discussion in Germany to enhancing Cultural Understanding with Participation of Academics and Religious Representatives

The Scandinavian Institute for Studies and Research organized a panel discussion in Germany as part of a series of events aimed at promoting cultural understanding and academic openness, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, religious figures, and official representatives.
Participants in the seminar include Professor Mahmoud Abdullah from the University of Tübingen, one of Germany’s oldest universities, known for its rich archive of Eastern manuscripts. Also taking part are Father Czar Sliwa, Dr. Tobias Schuckert, Vice President of the International University of Liebenzell, and Dr. Qais Maghashghash representing the Mandaean community.
The event is also attended by official representatives, including Mr. Kanaan Adnan Abdul Rahim from the Iraqi Consulate, Parliamentary Advisor David Müller, and Ms. Fatima Koul, Head of the Integration Department in the German government, along with representatives of the Catholic Church and a number of academics and university students from the Iraqi community.
The seminar aims to highlight the importance of dialogue and cultural diversity within the European academic and societal context.
